Yeah, I really really like the figuring on that one. If it was that dark color like the other one I don't think I would have been able to resist.

Now, MULLY loves himself some burl maple. My God, I didn't even see this one. I probably would have passed on the white had I seen it. I also play pool. My main cue is custom made by James White. I ordered my cue with burl points and a burl butt end. My my!!

I'm surprised no one has picked this up yet.  I think it's gorgeous.  I love that subtle flame it's got going on.  Unusual for BK. 

I don't think the subtle flame is that rare.  Either that, or Warmoth just got some really special pieces of black korina.

I just ordered this body last week (before the sale!) and it has the same kind of flame effect.  I can't wait to see it with a clear satin finish.

I've seen that, and love it.  But for Strats, I love the top route, and it would cover up most of that.  That finish looks awesome on that, BTW.

There's been quite a bit of the flamed BK floating around, I think one of Doc's strats had some flamed BK on it...

Good Lord!! Is it just me or does anyone else see Eddie from Iron Maiden staring back at you from the center of the guitar there? What a damn shame it would be to route this out. I may buy it, slap some legs on it and make it a side table.
