That completely rocks the Casbah! What for electronics?

I have been waiting impatiently for somebody to post pics of a real live Carved tele; you'd better post a full record of this baby when it gets delivered. Congrats on the geat pieces.

Thanks, man!
I'm having the neck pickup cavity re-routed to P90 by Warmoth.
Gonna put a Duncan Antiquity mini-humbucker with
a cream mounting ring. Not sure about the bridge pickup yet...
Maybe Duncan Little 59 or Vintage Stack??? I already have
a 500K CTS super pot from RS Guitar Works. If there's enough
room in the control cavity, I'll put a super 5 way switch. (couldn't
use this one on my Fender tele with normal cavity)

Who makes the best(?) tele bridge? I really like the Hipshot
tele bridge with compensated brass saddles...

Are you 100% sure there won't be a visible tele pup rout left over when they finish routing for P90? I've had humbuckers routed over single coil routes a few times, and the humbucker route doesn't totally eliminate the original SC route. Check with them.
Lil 59 is nothing special, just another rail pickup. Get a Lollar Special T, that's a real telecaster bridge sound. Fantastic.
ALso check out Callaham and Joe Barden (cheap on Ebay) compensated tele bridges. Glendale is supposed to be the very best out there, who knows.

The P90 route over the existing SC Tele pickup shouldn't be an issue.

What kind of music do you play/what kind of sounds are you trying to get?

I don't see any indication that the Duncan Antiquity Mini-Humbucker is 4 conductor, how were you planning to wire the 5-way Superswitch?

Thanks for the info!
I spoke to Spike at Warmoth over the phone earlier today about re-routing the neck pickup cavity
from tele style to P90. He checked with the shop and told me they could do it. Will see.  :icon_scratch:

I'm not a big an of single coil twangy sound. I'm looking for ZZ Top sound with this guitar...
kind of like in "Just Got Back From Baby's" or "I Need You Tonight".

Not sure if Duncan Antiquity Mini-Humbucker has 4 conductor wire. I was planning
to wire it just like my Strat with 2 humbuckers and a super 5 way switch:
Position 1. Neck HB, 2. Neck single, 3. Neck HB & Bridge HB, 4. Bridge single, 5. Bridge HB

Τhey did it for my tele, clean job. It looks like it was routed for P90 in the first place.
