If you are UK based then Maplins Electronics do a 2 way 4 pole switch. I have just wired one into a set of SD Strat Blackouts to switch in & out the boost loop jumper. This only used 3 of the 4 poles but I couldn't find a 3 pole switch!
I tried a Fender Deluxe but did not get on with it at all. Sent it back.
I bought a Peavey Classic 50 4 x 10 instead. It is brilliant - great cleans - great drive. The only downside is its weight - almost 63 pounds. I have put castors on it but it is too heavy to get up stairs etc.
I also have...
Control drilling options.
What if I want to use a Seymour Duncan 5-String Music Man Ceramic Magnet pickup with STC3M4 active electronics?
That needs four holes (for four knobs).
A G5 with this pickup configuration will probably be my next build.
couple of interesting bits for you all
psyopus (very fast technical music) first album is better than the other 2
behold.....the acrtopus (quite like the above but instrumental-- interesting enough to hold your attention rapt)
bongripper (instrumental stoner doom) - very good stuff but quite...

I am a UK based Warmoth builder.
Customs can be a pain. I have had all of my Warmoth stuff over the years sent by UPS and as I live near east midlands airport the stuff usually gets here within 24 hours of arrival in the UK. What really annoys me is the extra charges.
The UPS conditions on the...
I have a Warmoth tele with a maple / pau ferro neck - the body is solid mahogany with a candy tangerine finish. I have fitted a Fender noiseless tele pickup set & Danny Gatton tele bridge. The guitar has a tight snapply typical telecaster type of tone with perhaps slightly more sustain than my...

I have an all mahogany Warmoth tele and I built it with a pair of humbuckers from Vintage Vibe. They are hand wound and I had them 10% over wound. They sound wicked - just nails the Billy Gibbons tone.
