What if I want to use a Seymour Duncan 5-String Music Man Ceramic Magnet pickup with STC3M4 active electronics?

That needs four holes (for four knobs).

A G5 with this pickup configuration will probably be my next build.

Just order the body with no holes drilled. That way you can drill them yourself in the pattern that suits you best.
