It's not a lot of cash if you are interested in making a life long investment on a timeless instrument that will be a prized heirloom for years to come.  Or whatever.  You could buy a lot of Warmoth stuff for that kind of cash.  I think Tiny Tim is playing one of those in heaven right now.  RIP Tiny!!  I look forward to joining you soon!!

Dammit honey, I don't care if the kids need braces..I need a koa ukelele.  How come nobody around here looks out for my needs?  Tell those kids not to be so selfish and that crooked teeth look better than a mouth full of metal.

I've got my credit card out already!!!!!!!!

it's too bad the $1600 50's LP pickguard I bought on ebay won't fit on one of those. :laughing7:

See, I understand the investment thing. But especially with acoustic guitars, if I'm gonna spend over 3 or 4 thousand dollars, I'd rather just have a small luthier build my instrument totally custom.

If you think that's bad.... how about $50,000 for a new Martin guitar?

Only 50 Grand?  Martin DOES make a 100 Grand model too...  I'm surprised you didn't post that one :p
