Help with Jazzmaster build out : pick up covers don't fit routing

Hello,

I'm doing a Jazzmaster buildout using Warmoth parts and started working on the pickup install today.

However, it appears that the routing that came with my Warmoth showcase Jazzmaster body is too tight and I can't get the pick ups and Fender Jazzmaster covers into the available space.

Has anyone else encountered something similar?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
