Can I see some of your pocket and/or tactical knives?

Hey guys, we can discuss knives in the off-topic area, but let's keep the comments related to the knives only.

I just edited/deleted a few posts that contained comments about the legality of knives in certain countries. Such comments are a gateway to political or contentious topics, which are strictly forbidden here.
I see what you mean!

I'm sorry @aarontunes , I didn't think that through! Thank you for solving this!

I'm not really a collector per se, but I use several knives for RV'ing, Hiking, etc, and they get a work out - not just for display. Also carry one with me at all times. (I do however collect and restore vintage fountain pens - this is a 1930' s Esterbrook, made in USA)

This is my current favorite, love the Kershaw assisted open feature:

Here's a neat way to store and carry a collection of up to 18 to 20 knives (or other similarly sized objects). It's made by Knafs and is called the "Burrito Grande". It has a carrying handle and grommets for hanging the roll. It's made of very sturdy canvas and I expect it to last a long time. I bought mine from Amazon. Highly recommended.

New Knife Time! Just came in: a Demko AD20.5 folder with a 3" 20CV clip point blade, and carbon fiber handle scales. It's a companion piece to the AD20.5 I already have, with an S35VN "Shark Foot" (modified sheep foot) blade. Blade steel and handle material on the new knife are upgrades. I got it at a huge discount from a knife store Black Friday sale.

Another Demko! This was on sale for such a good price I couldn't resist. It's a Shark Cub, with about a 2.75" stonewashed blade and a scaled down Shark Lock. It has a contoured handle and AUS10 blade steel - not a super steel but easy to sharpen and holds an edge pretty well. I like it. I got it around a week ago, and it's had a bit of pocket time. The only thing I'd do to improve it would be to add a lanyard hole.

There’s something familiar about that Kershaw!

I love that knife. It was my EDC for a long time until I got… Are Leathermans allowed in the knife chat? I’ve been carrying the Leatherman Signal for about a year now and I love it. Thumb-out blade, saw (which I actually use rather a lot), mini-screwdriver, and a very useful bashing surface (which I also use rather a lot). And of course the pliers. It has a flint and a small whetstone onboard, which I really don’t find all that useful, but they were part of the feature set that had the things I did want…

The good news is, reading through this thread inspired me to finally sit down and do some sharpening, a chore I’ve been putting off. 👍🏻

^^^Yes, Leathermans are allowed. I love multitools. I have one that's a cheapie compared to yours, but still useful. I've had it so long I don't remember how I got it. I think it came bundled with some other purchase,

We gave our grandson a Victorinox Spirit X for Christmas, and he is getting some use out of it. It's much better than mine, It even came with a nice leather pouch.
