Wanted to see if anybody here has, or has experience working with a Behringer RX1202FX Eurorack Pro Rackmount 12-Input Mixer like this:

I have a the single space Behringer Eurorack Pro RX1602 Line Mixer now and need the EFX loop, monitor CD IN/OUT, etc., features of the 1202FX. Plus it has on-board 24 bit EFX. And the larger 3 space panel with faders for each channel AND phantom power etc.

Actually, I just ordered one so a little late to be asking opinions I guess :) I know behringer gets bashed a lot for cheap stuff but I've been happy with pretty much everything of theirs I've ever bought.

And for that price -- I mean I know it's made in China but that is just unreal...

The Behringer stuff that gets a bad rap us their powered stuff.  Bass amps, powered mixers, they like to overheat.

I do have a Behringer Euro Rack that is 5+ years old.  One channel has finally pooped out.  It may just be dirty.  But, I've seen Allen & Heath and Mackie boards do the same thing.

I have an older version of the 1222FX unit, my issue with it is it's pretty noisy, especially if you're using the CD in RCA jacks in the mix.

I post my impressions when I get it later this week. I hope it works as well as the RX1602 Line Mixer it is replacing. It will be great having phantom power and 24 bit EFX on-board (hope the reverbs sound decent). Actually, the only other thing I will retain in my recording rack is a 2 channel tube microphone pre-amp and a patch bay. May hang onto my Alesis Microverb 4 and use that in the EFX buss instead of the on-board EFX, we'll see. Or a compressor...
