Back bow

Tonight I reolaced the nut then pulled the neck and was checking with a notched straight edge (I checked, it's true). I can almost get the fretboard flat. There's a slight gap from frets 6-11, less than 0.002" and a little larger gap on the last 3, around 0.005". That's as good as I can get it. Good enough to level the frets?

It's probably ok, but fretboard wear can be different than fret wear, so you really need to check the frets to be sure you have room to level without grinding them down to an uncomfortably low level.

That's not an issue, these are stainless frets that haven't been touched.  I'm pretty sure the original owner thought that a nice Warmoth neck wouldn't need any fretwork and he didn't know what to do with it so he sold it, after screwing up the nut.  It's a flame maple with rosewood, 59 Roundback and 6105 stainless frets on a 2013 MIA Standard Tele.  I picked it up for 675.
