This is a life lesson. If something bothers you talk to someone don’t keep it in. In this case Screw up your courage and call warmoth. They are nice people and they will treat you with respect. Don’t know what will happen, but that’s what to do.
The only thing you can do is contact Customer service for a definitive answer, but any defects such as this should have been pointed out upon receipt and prior to assembly. So you may well be too late in terms of any warranty cover and have to chalk it up to lessons learned.
