I'm going to load it with Lollar Imperials Humbuckers. Low wind in the neck and regular in the bridge and 50s wiring.

Welcome, Harry.  That's a handsome bunch of parts.  Looking forward to seeing them all come together.  Best of luck -

Welcome to the board!

That looks like it's gonna be one helluva fiddle!

If you've not done fretwork before, you may want to ask around to see if any of your friends or relatives have some less-than-perfect old guitars laying under the bed or stashed in the attic/basement that they might let you practice on.  Chances are pretty good you'll make them better than they are while gaining some valuable experience at making them "just right". Better to hone your skills on something you probably can't hurt than on an expensive Warmoth part.

Thanks a lot for your advices. I have actually got a really cheap crappy neck from the local "ebay", so I have neck to practise on (or destroy).

Yesterday I worked on the fret ends and I found out that I did not want to reshape the fret ends so much. Actually I think they had a nice shape. I went to a local guitar store to check out different fret ends, and it seems that I think my neck got a decent shape already. So I just touched the edges very softly with the fret end file, and clued a pice of 1500 and 2000 sandpaper to a small stick so I could softly and slowly soften the edges very gently. I think it turned out well, the shape is the same, but the feel are better when I touch the ends.
