Posting mp3 soundlcips, help!

I'm trying to post 2 mp3 clips of my VIP, but it keeps bringing up the error message about not being able to save the atatchment, blah blah blah, both files are well under 2mb, so what's the deal? anyone else have issues loading a soundclip?

something is wrong with either the board set up or the directory permissions.

i cant upload pics either, i have to put em on photobucket and link em..

Or get Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/ there you have 2GB free space, public folder and works on both PC and Mac.
