Micro-tilt Modification

I have a Strat with a micro-tilt neck angle adjustment and I'd like to replace the neck.  I'd like to keep the micro-tilt and would like to know if there's any prep involved in installing the micro-tilt on a new Warmoth neck?

Thanks for the heads up.  I have a 4 bolt on an '86 Fender Japanese Strat.  Me thinks I had better contact the Service Dept.!

I have one and all I did was use a forstner bit and inlaid a lucky penny. Worked like a charm. Actually I guess it was a charm, a lucky charm.
