Compound Radius question

Jeremiah said:
You can get tunamatic bridges with adjustable string height; Schaller among others make them. They're more expensive than the regular ones though, and I don't know if the stud spacing is exactly the same as for the Gotoh/tonepros bridges Warmoth routs for.

Edit: It turns out that the Schaller bridge I thought had individually adjustable string height actually doesn't. However, Allparts do make a tuneomatic with individually height adjustable saddles.

Thanks I'm gonna look into that one :)

It's not difficult. You just need to flatten the radius to about 18" if I remember correctly.

Oh so you actually need to file the little saddles on the bridge?
You can just file your middle saddle string slots a tad lower for a flatter radius. I would try playing it without filing the slots and see how you like it first. It may set up and play great just the way it is. Happened to me.
