the combination of wilkinson + compound radius gives me the lowest action EVER!
also note that you can adjust the height of the individual saddles anyway/
Yeah, I don't see how you are drawing any relation between a bridge and the radius of the fingerboard?
Just set the saddles to match whatever radius you have.
Floyd Rose trems are an example of a set radius unless you buy aftermarket shims so I can see why you would wonder. Fortunately, a Wilky has individual string saddles with height adjustments so they can accommodate any neck fingerboard radius.
If each saddle can be adjusted on its own, then u should be fine with any radius just like Gregg said. Wilkinson fits the description, so it should be good...
the reason why I was wondering is my floyd is a tad off with the compound radius. (soon to be shimmed) I didnt want to run into the same issue. I have no experience with the wilk.
I just have a quick wilkinson question, I figured I would do it here. Can you do those sweet trills with a wilkinson? Like where you just run your hand off the bar and it does that quick trill? Thanks.
