Warmoth Peel n Play Giveaway - Enter Now!

I sure hope the forums are a teeny tiny fraction of their customer base, or I'd be putting out resumes if I were them.

The only thing that would’ve made the YouTube video more satisfying would’ve been seeing a guitar shaped block of sharp cheddar cheese at the climax of the reveal.  Or maybe a ready bake lasagna. Imagine the wife’s face when you peel it and go straight to the oven. Dinner’s on warmoth!

Just watched this video for the first time today. As cool as the green sparkle is, I'm much more interested in that matte green beast in the background. Are those beauties making a comeback?

Isn’t that the Charger Green in satin?

Not that paint itself, but the body the paint is on. Looks the the L5 body that went away with all the other Gibby stuff, which predates matte finishes.

Bass players...come and get you some! Peel n Play Giveaway #3 features one guitar body and one bass body. Enter here: http://www.warmoth.com/sweepstakes.aspx?mobile=no Don't dawdle...entry period ends Friday January 18th.

That body is not made by us. It's a Normandy body (all aluminum) with a Warmoth Hombre neck.

I'm in!  Not a bass-player, but I do want a bass to fool around on, and the Finance Director would likely not support a bass purchase; so I opted for the bass body.  If it's free I can rationalize the rest of the parts!

I opted for the guitar because I'm pretty sure that bass is a four banger.

I went for a 4 barrel body too, nice to have a thump stik to demo ideas on, & have around when my bass player comes over & he don't have to pack his bass in his car if he comes straight from work.

If I win, might finally get my Geezer bass project off the ground.

That was my thinking as well. LOL

So, Since i'm a bass player, I have more chance to win if i opt for the guitar?  :icon_scratch:

Just kidding, I,m in for the bass body too.

Wow I entered bass as well.  The Aaron, when you draw 2 names, and the bass is already opted for please share that they will get the Guitar, because I would be happy with either.  Got plenty of projects planned for both.

It did occur to me that I should've entered for the bass because I bet the odds are better.

I'll bet if there are 5,000 entries, your odds will be 1 in 5000, and if you don't win the first draw, then your odds in the second will be 1 in 4999.

Ah... makes sense. I was thinking 5-8000 people apply for the guitar, and 5-800 people apply for the bass.

Well, you may be right. They don't really say. But, there's only one counter on the entry screen. Of course, it could be counting just the entries for the one you selected. Dunno.

I pick a winner #1.

Then I continue picking a winner #2 until I get one whose preference is opposite what #1 chose.

That might mean I draw one or two names who would have been happy winning either prize, but who end up winning nothing. Them's the breaks.
