  0 - 199 -> no math needed
200 - 299 -> subtract 200 to get winner
300 - 399 -> subtract 200 "    "    "
400 - 499 -> subtract 400 "    "    "
500 - 599 -> subtract 400 "    "    "
600 - 699 -> subtract 600 "    "    "
700 - 799 -> subtract 600 "    "    "
800 - 899 -> subtract 800 "    "    "

True. But while the odds of 3x 49 in a row is next to nothing, the chance that 49 is the winning number today is just as big as any other number.
Does that make sense?
