Schroeder Stop Tail wraparound Bridge

I've never seen or played one of them, but i know that i like Schroeder guitars through reputation and design well enough that i'd be willing to take a chance on something like this.

Funny, I just saw that bridge advertised in Vintage Guitar magazine last night and thought it looked cool, then I see this thread today,  I don't have any info on them, but they certainly look nice.

I love the look of that thing and am wondering how it effects the tone of the guitar. I really like it.
One other thing I would love to try is a TOM with a tail piece like and arch top has, but put it on a carved top hollow body Tele.

I bit the bullet and ordered one from StewMac. Now if only I could buy the body and neck to put it on to!

Just a tip if you order a Warmoth body.  Specify Gotoh 510 stud holes for the Schroeder wraparound bridge.  They share the same measurements.

Stewmac box arrived in the mail, the Schroeder is a lovely looking piece of gear. Now all I have to do is order the studs and send to Warmoth when I order my body (still waiting for wood) and she's good to go.

yeah mate I had a look around his website and there's some pretty pieces there. Gotta say the bit of kit I bought is all class.
