A Rock n' Roll Tele

Most common plates do, whether football or square. I exclusively get the 7/8" drill.

I found a curved plate that should fit the tele. Maybe it's the Gibson influence, but I like this better than the cup/electrosocket.

The body showed up on Saturday. I checked the fit of the neck and it's perfectly snug in the pocket. I put some copper foil in. Not the best job, but also not bad for my first time.

While I was looking into installing the cup, I learned the hard lesson about Tele jack inputs. I decided to skip that. I have an electrosocket coming, but I was wondering if there is a plate that fits the 7/8s cut?

The football jack plate will work

And as it is a Tele the square jack plate will work also.

Most plates (square/football), footballs are cutting it close but the ones sold by Warmoth will cover just fine.

I got one I think will work, it's cut for LP/Tele guitars. The one from Warmoth doesn't have nickel, unfortunately.

I'm setting myself up for soldering and I'm realizing I am doing something that isn't easy to find an answer for in tutorials.

I've got a neck humbucker with 4 wires: red, black, white and braided. I've got a P90 bridge pickup with black, white and blue wires. I've got 3 ft of black/white wires. A three-way switch, a mono input jack, a tone and volume knob for each pickup, a cap for each tone knob and a treble bleed for each pickup circuit to experiment with.

Attached is a picture of the pots and wires for verifcation.

Curious where I can find the right schematics for this?

before anything else, check with the manufacturers of each pickup, to verify their "wire color codes"...
