When the original owner ordered his Santana II he also ordered a set of nickel Santana III pickups and gold replacement hardware. When the guitar arrived at the shop the parts swapping took place. I purchased the parts from him and never used them.

Hi, Pabloman.  What can you tell us about the source of those Santana II p'ups?  I may be interested.  See my build launched at http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=16228.msg237393#msg237393 for an idea of my application.  Do the Santanas come with mounting rings and hardware?  If so, what color?  How long are the leads?

I got the PRS stuff from a guy in Buffalo NY. He ordered a Santana II and wanted gold hardware on it with nickel Santana III's. The swap was done when everything arrived at the shop by the techs at the store. I do not have the rings but I do have screws and springs. The leads are 9" on the treble and 16" on the bass. They were desoldered and not cut.

Well I regret to inform you all but, the PRS pickups are gone. You will all be happy to know I STILL have the rest of this stuff. I'm not sure if I mentioned it but I am willing to take trades and offers. I can answer any questions and look forward to providing you with a piece or a part to your own amazing creation.
