I've got to ship the body out for 8-10 weeks to get painted so I guess I have some time to plan.

Pics coming Tuesday-Wednesday if the brown truck isn't late and my old lady is awake to sign for it.

I live directly across the street from the police station, but they didn't leave a cell phone or a box of capacitors on the porch. The phone got left in the apartments main office, they came back the next day with the huge box that had one .047 cap and two pots in it.

That neck looks very slick, figuratively and literally, i think you're really gonna like the rosewood. hope you get more pics put up soon.

I don't know, I'm not sold on the rosewood. I might be brushing on some lacquer. Maybe sparkle red to match the body?

...put down the noose, I kid! I kid!

I got a little air bubble at the top of the decal, any thoughts on how to get it out? Its just vinyl so I'm worried of tearing it.

Removing air bubbles...i would get a hard plastic card like a credit card and just try to squeegee the bubble to the edge and let the air out, screen protectors for ipods and cellphones and such come with a little piece of plastic designed for removing air bubbles,
so it seems like the same principle would probably work, otherwise i don't know, those decals are pretty resilient, maybe heating it ever so slightly and smoothing it out would help too.

I used to work in a warehouse that shipped vinyl, I wish I'd paid more attention to it instead of just the color and how many yards I was cutting. It came out perfectly though, where the Autobot logo only shows up when the light is just right.
