How is it still there?!

31k................. Still, the pickguard, knobs and backplate had been replaced and took away from the pedigree.

31k is bonkers to spend on a guitar. Sorry, but it is. Only if I was seriously rich would I buy such a thing, and even then I would think I was being disrespectful to my former poorer self.

One of the first double-F hole bodies was a flame maple top, and I was this close to pulling the trigger, but someone else grabbed it. I'm still thinking, double F-holes, dark tobacco burst, full-scallop ebony and CBS headstock...

Who got that Dragonburst VIP? The 5# 9oz. one? It went for $279, and the only reason I let it get that low was that it was a little heavy. I was in Singapore on vacation, and there I am sitting in the hotel checking on it...

Since I prefer big necks (1 3/4", boat/fat), I rarely see them in the Showcase.

And with 5 Warmoth strats and a Tele, even as a single man I still can't rationalize (many) more.

Well, except maybe an L5S, Soloist, LP, VIP...

But no more!!!
