Don't know if this has been covered, but if you know what tuners or string trees you are going to use, why can't Warmoth drill holes in the headstock?

because there is differences between makes of tuners, and some people don't like string trees, others do, but in particular places.
(and it's really easy for even me to do on my own)

I know it's some what easy, and people use different tuners, but that's why I said "if you know what kind of tuners or string trees you are going to use".  That's why it could be an option.

It would be nice if they could do this for a reasonable upcharge, even if it's only if you order the tuners from W.  This is my least favorite part of a build, particularly for a bass with BML' s.
