^ You'd just have to have a toggle switch placed up either the upper or lower horn, which is where I think they normally go.

I could be mistaken, but I don't think they can.

Maybe they could use one of the "volume" holes for a toggle switch?

I don't know that Warmoth will do it, but a toggle could be added to the lower bout fairly easily.... :laughing7:

dude, Strat bodies with binding give me my very top GAS  :tard: Seriously, W . . . you should do more with actual legit binding, instead of so many with the weird "natural masked" junk. That stuff just don't look that great to me.

definitely! i'm sure binding is a pain, and if something goes wrong i could see it ruining the entire body, not just having to start the binding over. but the tele section is severely lacking in bodies with real binding. i love the masked binding, but nothing beats the real thing to me

We've stocked larger quantities of regular bound bodies in the Showcase before and they are slow movers. Natural Masked binding moves much quicker.

I can't fault your business judgment on that.  I would guess one reason they move slower is that real binding seems intuitively likely to be more expensive than masked binding.  As I go through the body builder, however, I realize this is not true (plastic binding at $55/side; masked binding at $75 for natural,  $100 for vintage tint).  Perhaps the real binding in many cases goes on bodies with swankier lumber on them, so that could be a factor in making those bodies more expensive.  What a conundrum.

Or perhaps more people out there just prefer the natural masked binding. :icon_scratch:  :laughing7:

I know that, judging by the showcase, I'm very much in the minority on a number of preferences, so I don't think we can judge "popularity" based on our personal preferences. (Are J-Bass necks really that much more popular than P's? And are exotics wood bodies much more popular on 5-strings than 4-strings? Tummy cut contours on guitars? Neck contours other than "standard thin"?  :icon_scratch: )

And, FWIW, I probably like the natural masked better myself.  :evil4:

Wait, people actually look at the prices before picking a body?  Weirdos...  :laughing7:

oh, I know I can't really say that what I like is "more popular", I know . . . but I can always wish there were more in the showcase  :icon_thumright:

Here's another showcase combination that moves my GAS meter needle:

in this particular case, that natural mask binding totally kills it for me.  :dontknow:

I forget, is this thread limited strictly to Warmoth? because my mind does wander from time to time.
