Indeed. I sold my candy tangerine Strat to a guy who wouldn't take no for an answer. Thing was beautiful and well-appointed, sounded and played like a dream, so I didn't want to let it go. But, we all have our limits.

yes we do, I had a EBMM sig I swore I'd never sell. But was made an offer for double what I paid for it..So it had to go..I have better playing guitars anyway, and was always afraid to play that one for fear of scratching it..
 
When I see something like this beauty show up in my RSS feed, I have to remind myself that no matter how sexy the photo is - they always look more amazing in person.

This thing's got my eye. Shame I don't have the money (nor the time) to start another build in addition to the others that are just lounging around waiting for things that are beyond my reach at the moment...It's a pretty body that needs a pretty neck, which I'd be broke before I could even think about getting a neck. >>

Interesting. All Ebony and Modern construction? I'll bet that's a heavy bugger. I could live with that, though, if it weren't for the Tele headstock.
