Pau Ferro, Ebony.  Look at the way the grain just flows along with the warhead shape. I can't reeeeally afford it, but if it were 1 5/8" instead of 1 11/16, I'd probably do something fiscally stupid.
 
I had one just like that on a Strat I recently sold.
