A Telecaster in Metallic Caribbean Burst... hmmm that might be interesting!  :dontknow:
 
It's not the particular neck but it's good to see small dots, it's one of the things I want for the neck I'll order next year. I hope they will be available for all necks and made from all materials.

Besides rather wanting abalone dots, or some kind of block inlays. The perfect (enough) neck came up on the screamin' Deals page.

That's what I'm talking about. Small dots blend in with the neck better, but still serve their inherent purpose.

Okay - I realize that I'm in a minority of folks this body might appeal to. It's not much to look at, but it's got the random smattering of features that appeal to me, and the price is getting irresistable. I have nothing against Tele's, I just like my Teles to have the upper horn:
 
So, apparently this was in the showcase for only $149:

Yeah, that didn't last long.  How long, I don't know, but I know I looked at all the bodies in the RSS feed last night, and then when I looked again this afternoon, it was in the RSS feed but it was already gone from the showcase. It was described as "Sort of a pickup test body."
