Hello Everyone,
So I am working on my first build and getting ready to attempt the fret board inlay on my Warmoth neck. Not going to lie, it's intimidating. I am going to keep practicing the inlay until I feel very comfortable with the process.
My question for the group is how "proud" should the inlay be when I glue it in. I assume I am going to sand the abalone down so its flush with the neck once its glued in place. The abalone is 1.5mm thick. Any guidance is very much appreciated.
