First build-need some help possibly along the way.

Just a comment on the price of that stop bar.  There ain't much labor or material in the part, so it's a nice retail price they're charging, with a comfy profit margin.

It was either 37.50 with shipping and handling or 115.00 + 12.50 for shipping and handling to get a custom shop to do  1 out of titan. I'll pay the 30 bucks lol.

Here's that part number stratamania. Part #M05133 at music man (not on the website either, but this is straight from musicman)

Alright, just got off the phone with warmoth, to be able to use the tune o matic bridge with a Tele pickup it looks like I'm going to have to have to have the pickup without an angle in the bridge position, because the tele pickup route with an angle cuts to close to the TOM bridge posts, and if hit it could break and cause the TOM posts to become unanchored, warmoth won't put a straight route there, so have to get somebody to do that.

This brings me to my first, will a straight routed bridge pickup change anything besides the look?

I'm going to have to get a luthier to do the bridge pickup straight to work with the TOM, have him recess and put in the posts for the Tom and then setup that and put the stop bar in the right spot.

Or I guess i could have the luthier recess the whole tele bridge mounting area and and use that xavier tele bridge with the tailpiece?

So as far as tele bridges, should I go with the classic 3 bridges or what not or the standard 6 saddle?

And how do el Dorado parts sound or are they mostly for looks? I like the looks of them, and how do yall think el Dorado parts would look on a black Korina guitar with no pick guard?

That's totally up to you.  Both are fine parts and will work well.  Note that the screw pattern between the classic 3 saddle and the American standard 6 saddle are different, so make sure the body and bridge are compatible.

Alright guys, I've decided on everything for the body.

And I've got an email out to el dorado to see if they offer or can make a left handed bridge for the American Standard bridge.

I'm wanting to get the neck made out of black Korina also with an ebony fretboard, but I have to wait till the time comes to order that to see if they have enough black Korina and if not enough black Korina  for a neck then enough ebony for a one piece neck.

I like the body you've picked out.

A bridge worth looking at as you have the 3 hole American standard mount would be the Callaham with compensated saddles. http://www.callahamguitars.com/brdge_T.htm

He does some left handed options but I'm not certain if he does on that bridge but you could probably call and find out.

Looks good. Tiny detail - I'd suggest changing the jack to the 7/8" option. The 1/2" deep panel jacks aren't always the most reliable and can only be replaced, not repaired, if they do fail.
