First build-need some help possibly along the way.

I probably wont see it in person until March lol, but will be glad to post photos as I get them myself

Cool.  Is it low profile, or does it still require a recess?  You should check with warmoth to ensure they will route the recess/stud holes correctly for that part.

I'm guessing low profile, it's that one on the steve Morse signature guitar. It doesn't sit up 2 inches like the other stop bars. And from the way it looks it just screws in from the top. Can I send them those pieces and would they do the measurements necessary to make it all work right?

You'll have to ask them, after you give them detailed measurements.  Typically if it does not already work with a CNC profile that they've already got programmed they will not do it.

BTW - are EB/Music Man just selling you the bridge? or are they also including the studs and posts?  You'll need the full set to make it work.

I own a Morse guitar, so perhaps I can clarify the above a little.

The current bridges are Tonepros Tuneomatic, and these fit to the body with studs. This is recessed so it sits lower to the body which is flat.

The tailpiece is attached via three screws. The base of it sits flush with the body surface. The three screws go through the tailpiece in between the holes that the E and A strings pass through on the bass side, the B and E strings on the treble side, and the third in the centre between the D and G strings.

So I would say if you can get a Morse style tailpiece, if a body is made for a recessed TOM, no angle pocket and ask Warmoth not to drill any string through holes, angled staggered or straight then you are almost there.

Then all you need to do is make sure the Tuneomatic bridge is the correct size for the body, taking into account thing such as metric versus imperial and so on with the correct stud sizes.

Then for the tailpiece it would be a case of finding the centre line of the guitar, placing the tailpiece at the correct distance from the bridge to get the correct string angle. Then it would be a case of carefully drilling three holes and screwing it on.

Stratamania, the bridge is a Tele style bridge that fits the classic style or what not, it apparently just sits a 1/16" higher than the ashtray type bridge  with the TOM piece.

Wait a minute, warmoth has the tone pros TOM set up offered, so I could basically use the whole Morse set up?

Anything I would need to worry about if I just got the tone pros TOM and the morse tail piece with single coil pups and a standard tele neck??

Probably just how you are going to mount the pickups.

And for the neck, stainless steel frets and locking tuners are a good idea.

Yea another member mentioned the locking tuners. I was thinking for mounting the pups I'd just use the little plates or what not.

The bridge pickup doesn't mount like a Strat's (or the Tele neck pickup), so you need a plate like this:

Or you could just direct-mount.

That plate looks pretty good.

By the way for the Morse tailpiece are you ordering direct from MM as their UK distributor doesn't list it in parts. I quite like the idea of getting hold of one myself for a future project.

Straight from music man, I'll get the part number out of the email from them. It's only like 30 bucks with 8 bucks shipping.
