This thing sounds incredible, and it better at almost $2000! I'm not a fan of pickguards which is a big reason I decided to do a custom build, here's what it has:

- Warmoth alder Strat body, rear routed, Mary Kay finish, reverse angle bridge pickup rout

- Warmoth neck, stainless steel frets, 1-11/16" nut width, tiltback headstock, modern neck with dual truss rods, 59 Roundback profile, 10-16" radius

-Lollar Dirty Blonde pickups

-SuperVee Bladerunner bridge with brass block

-Hipshot locking tuners with UMP plates

-Mad Hatter Terminator solderless wiring harness with Blend pot and treble bleed circuit

This thing sounds gorgeous with whatever I throw at it. It makes my amp sound better. It has a nice full, round sound with great sustain unplugged. Plugged in it sparkles, shimmers, chimes, has a nice woody/airy tone in most positions, strong fundamentals and glistening highs. It really is a tone monster...

That's super nice. I like the reversed bridge pickup. How about some sound clips?

Beautiful! I wouldn't have thought of that combo without a pickguard, and that's too bad. I'm missing out. Great guitar, man!  :headbang1:
