putting it out the that as theres much less variety in the 7 string production market i know i'ld be up for warmothing up something a bit unique or that i cant usually get as a 7
I think it would be cool if we could get some music man stingray style bodies preferably in 4 and 5 string options and preferably with the headstock as well. What do you guys think?
If you look at any of the builders for the carved top guitars they've changes the tops so its now a solid block of wood with a venier of whatever figured wood but now you cant get them as a plain top and they wont let you put solid finishes on them tops
the problem with metal like that is its very hard to get it smooth enough to play on without having tons of friction which makes sliding a pain and the crazy slides are what makes fretless the most fun or the metal being rough enough to start wearing away at the string quickly.
Glass is tougher...
i've never owned a baritone but i've seen way more with 27" scales than 28 5/8" inch from companies that i imagine know what they're doing so if it was offfered i'ld probably go with 27 over 28 5/8
