Give me Pico de Gallo any day!  That's one of the things I miss about not living on Green Bay's northeast side anymore. Getting home from work, I had to go through the hispanic section of town, and for a few bucks, I could get a carne asada suizo burrito with the sides and a couple of double-deuce bottles of Tecate or a six pack of Modello (regular or negra)....good times...

I slapped a couple of big ass Rib-eye steaks on the grill along with some portobello mushrooms, and barbecue beans!!
so, no carbs, but I had a couple of beers to make up for that!

it was great though.. did this all while taking a last swim of the year..
