Laminate top on a Mustang..

And a different approach to forearm contours and laminates.  Normally the forearm contour is shaped and the laminate is bent to the contour.  In this case, the contour was done after the laminate was applied.

It sure looks that way.  With custom pickup locations, too.  Very nice.  It looks like something you might see from Clover Basses in Germany.

I've seen Schecters and Yamahas with contours going through the flat top laminate.

If Warmoth is going to offer that, a thinner laminate in between the top and the body would look nice as well.

There are several transparent and solid neon finishes coming through the shop.  Pretty cool!

Decided I did not want to take too much of a chance, so I picked up the black dye [not washed] LP that
came through the RSS last week.  It will have to do...

That is GORGEOUS. It makes me envious, even though I have one on the way myself. I'm afraid mine isn't nearly as nice as that one, though.  :icon_thumright: How long was that sitting in the showcase before you snatched it up? I have to admit that I watch the new LPs pretty closely, and I never even laid eyes on that one.
