WARMOTH antigua V

im thinking of making a warmoth v with an antigua finish which i think would look awesome. also gonna get a very strat looking maple neck with gold fretwire. all gold hardware and was thinking about gibson burstbucker pickups but i am open to other suggestions for pickups

I like the Antigua Burst finish.  Are you gonna get the Antigua Burst done on a pickguard too?  That will look different on a V.  Very custom.

I'm not sure how good it will look on a V, but I guess we'll see.

You may want to call and see if they'll do it. I think our DocNRock almost couldn't get a bengal burst because of the V2 shape.

It's definitely a taste thing.  You either love it or hate it.  Remember DBW calling it "Gateway Ugly."

well no i was gonna have it routed through the back but idk itd look pretty sweet with an antigua pickguard. do they do that?

They do a Pickguard for a V, and they do Strat and Tele Antigua pickguards.  Call 'em up.  Go all out.  The V can work with or w/out a pickguard visually, but the extra Antigua Burst pickguard accentuates the Antigua Burst more IMO.

I have a Start with that paint job and I ended up not using the pickgaurd. I cahnged out to a black one. It was just way too much and didnt look good. I do LOVE the paint job on the body though.
