Well now I'm annoyed because I couldn't be at my computer when the auction ended and someone sniped them.  Grrrrr  :sad:  I really doubt I'll be able to find another set of Alnico IIs at that price.

I just saw this thread (haven't been on in a while), and I've got to throw my opinion in the black pickguard/white plastics camp.  It's subtle, yet classy.  Personally, I think the Vintage Pearl would be gaudy on a body that gorgeous...
