I say do it the same way tomorrow afternoon. Eliminate the numbers of the guy that won. If his numbers come up again tomorrow afternoon put it off until the evening. If he wins again in the evening put it off until the next afternoon and so on......and if he keeps winning give me his phone number so I can have him place some bets for me. hehe!!

Just out of curiousity, can a forumite in another time zone (not eastern) follow this link and tell us what time it gives for the drawing?  It shows up on my computer as "21:30"  which equals 9:30pm civilian time.  It must be a smart website that automatically changes, but I want to know for sure.

The drawing is at 6:35 pacific time which would be 9:35 eastern.

True, but the website is called "California Lottery Live".  One would assume that it would post the draw times in Pacific time so as to better serve the people who are most likely to play the games.  It's silly to post them in Eastern time, unless it is set up to automatically change depending on which time zone the interwebificator is located in.  I'm just curious to see if my hypothesis is correct.

Well, I'm in Japan so the drawing was at 11:35am Tuesday morning. When I checked the link you gave it said 9:30. Is that page you posted something from your area showing the Ca lottery?

I don't think so.  I just googled "CA draw three schedule", and it was the first hit that I found an actual draw time.  BTW, I apologize ocguy106 for calling you a buttmunch.  I got a bit carried away in the excitement of it all...

originally the second chance was for people who bought 5 tickets but then in addition we were going to let others join but it was tied to groundhogs day. so we can wait till then or figure out the most fair way to include the others that would have otherwise been included. In addition I will have to see how many people that is to see it the ca lotto system will work for the number of people as well.

Yeah, go back to the page where we learned our numbers and you'll see that I said the people with the numbers just before and just after mine should feel lucky. I had 169 and the winner was 170. I called it. hehe!!

Ok so originally the second chance drawing was going to be for people who bought 5 tickets and for either even or odd depending on the groundhog. Looking at the numbers most of the people that had multiple tickets but not 5 had both even and odd numbers. This meant that the even and odd scheam would really only be omitting about 4 or 5 people. In the spirit of Warmoth I would like to include those few people that would have otherwise been ommited. We will use the drawing for this evenings lotto. there are fifty numbers but 48 participants so I put 0 and 49 as Draw Again that way it would be an even fifty so we can again modulo the result. This time the Modulo is 50 and not 200 it will be a little less obvious who the winner is but again just use the mod function on the calculator on your computer.
