Because, with a parkway, it does not mean to imply "park" as in: make a car stationary, but "park" as in: grass and trees. Parkways are supposed to be beautifully landscaped roads.

Cranberry sauce is the best part of Turkey Day - that body looks just as delicious!

So what about short scale tilt back paddle necks?  I can imagine a nice Hofner-esque shortscale with Warmoth quality parts & woods, so a paddle would be nice.  I'm personally not a fan of the W-style 2+2, though I think it looks great on guitar as 3+3.
