I was lucky enough to see him live in Dallas during his 1984 Last in Line Tour....for free even!  He will be missed. Below is my all-time favorite song of his.

I don't know if I'd go so far as to say he could blow Bruce off the stage, just my personal opinion, but I would say what a helluva treat that would have been to see 2 of the greatest metal singers on the planet in one show. Toss Rob Halford in there and it would be the perfect hat trick.

I saw them back to back, he sounded much better than Bruce did. Dio sounded like Dio, Bruce sounded like a weak version of himself.
