on my Fender Super-Sonic:
Supposedly the Dynaguide will help maintain the tuning of the guitar when using the whammy-bar - because of reduced friction - but since I don't use mine on my Super-Sonic, I'm not able to tell you if that's case. I'm sure it is though, but the reason I got it is because I just think that the Dynaguide looks so much cooler than Fenders original string tree.
