Pickup Spacing for Floyd Rose Tremelo

Pretty Simple Question:

Do I need an F-Spaced Bridge Humbucker for use with a Floyd Rose Trem?

For Bridge Pickup, the answer is ABSOLUTELY "YES".

Not applicable in the neck position.  Spacing won't be noticed much, and you'll be hard pressed to find a manufacturer that markets trem spaced humbuckers in the neck position.
