Lookin' good! Kind of got a Brad Gillis look to it as well. Are you going to "logo" the HS? Good luck w/your eBay Auction for the JC Guitars Floyd and your replacement "Floyd Hunt"!

ya, dont think less of me, but im going to put on a charvel decal. i always wanted a charvel and this is basically the same thing. all they did was hot rod strats. thats what i did :) i'm also painting the HS black to match.

no im using black knurled knobs.

eBay...both the "Stevie Ray Vaughan" Signature and the "Jackon" Decal. The Jackson is a little harder to find, although there's always someone on the guitar forums that either does them or knows someone who does.  :evil4:

ok. i got a gotoh floyd rose. $120  and hopefully its as good as they say it is. :hello2:

EDIT: im also going to start the soldering today.

IIRC early Charvels also used Boogie Bodies.  So your not far off in that category either.

Boogie Bodies was a small guitar company based in Azusa, CA (it later moved to San Dimas, CA) co-owned by Ellsworth and Wayne Charvel.
Ellsworth, a cancer researcher in Seattle, WA, cut necks and bodies in his spare time, sending them down to Charvel, who manned the shop.

IIRC, Boogie bodies are pre-warmoth Warmoth bodies. Ken, I think, worked on it with someone else.

i just finished installing the pickups. i bumped into a bit of a problem but tfarny helped me fix it. now im waiting on my gotoh floyd which should be here any minute. :hello2:
