Nut and Bridge Radii

I'm new to Warmoth and I'm planning a build. 

The question I have is on a 10-16" Compound Radius Neck, what is the ideal radius for the nut and the bridge?

10" at the nut, ~18" at the bridge.

String nuts must always match the curvature of the fretboard at the fret closest to the nut.

Have a look at www.frets.com and see how Frank Ford fits a nut, and how the slot depth is measured using the frets themselves (and strings).  Its pretty easy to fit one, if you know the tricks of the trade - so thanks Frank
