I have to invert my X-Box controller too, or I'm lost.
Okay, whoa. Getting a guitar backwards I can forgive, but inverted controls? In a shooter?! Now that's just crazy talk. Unclean. Unclean!

No, no, no. Inverted controls make perfect sense!

Forward on the joystick = looking down, just like leaning forward to look down IRL.
Backward on the stick = looking up, just like leaning back to look up IRL.

I think it comes down to whether you perceive the joystick control as being a literal up/down control, or a kinetic forward/backward control. I'm the latter.

I was a Flight Sim-er from the SubLogic/Apple][+ days. Its ingrained so deep that I can't play a lot of side scrollers

Fair warning.  Just got a "polished nickel steel" string retainer.  It was pretty rough.  Maybe rough is too strong a word.  Printing lines were definitely visible.  After about an hour of hand sanding, I got it to a pretty nice satin finish with no print lines.  It would take me another hr to get to an actual polish.  Overall, it's going to work great, and definitely worth the $30 compared to vintage.

You are correct.  Almost impossible to find.  I even talked to a nice guy at Fender.  They are still being used on the "Villager" 12 string acoustic.  He said that even he couldn't get one for himself.

BTW, the double neck looks great.

Good to know. I'm always leery when the product photo is a rending from the CAD program.

Too bad nobody knows a machinist... :icon_scratch:
I know a machinist.  Stainless steel. Small. Lots of detail. Polished.  And a one-off.  He said it would be >$100!!!    :-\
I was being sarcastic, I am a machinist...

Haha!

If it had been a Christian Bale quote from "The Machinist"....now that would have been some next-level stuff....

I assumed you wanted an introductory level quote, which by the way, you owe me $29.95 for, a next level quote would involve a 20% upcharge................... :headbang:
