New Telecaster!

Hi all,

This is my new Warmoth Telecaster. Just arrived today!

I got a total vintage Tele neck with it too. I assumed the neck would come with mounting screws and plate but it did not. Stewmac offers these:

Will these plates (or more importantly the screws) be the right size for the guitar?

Awesome body! really like the idea... What's going on neck and finish???

Get a custom neckplate from Doug (DangerousR6 here on forum), that's the way to go to super-custom....

The body itself is going to have a design burnt into it with using pyrographic tools, then finished with a satin nitrocellulose finish.

Hell yeah! I have this on my LP (it's with my brother by now) but it was made with a torch  :evil4:

Slick.  What neck are you putting on?  I like the whole strat-o-tele thing you gots working.  Pickups?

The screws and plate should be the right size.  I just got mine a week and a half ago, when I ordered it six weeks prior I made sure to have my neck plate and other assorted giblets ordered too.  When you order the body, you get the body.... and styrofoam peanuts....  and a box...  and a few slips of paper with stuff written on it...

I'm using the Strat bridge because I've never had a guitar with a working trem (besides a squier, whose trem is a no go zone) so I've decided that'd be cool!

Pretty cool, kinda got that Nashville tele vibe going on with a trem for a kick.... :icon_thumright:
