hey

Finally pulled the trigger and bought what I wanted. Put this together in 1 night.

Alder - flame maple solid
birds eye maple neck - standard thin
floyd
Duncan Custom Custom - bridge
Duncan Pearly gates - neck

Hands down best guitar I've ever played, and I've toured, on the radio blah etc. lol

Best part was when I first strung it and tuned it, intonation was absolutely perfect with ZERO adjustment to the bridge!!

I spent 2 months going over choices as all of you did, I'm sure.
Looking forward to the next one.

here is a vid of how it sounds - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0sSxUkY1L4

Very nice!  I like the humbucker strat look, tastefully done with the mirrored cream/black pickups and black hardware.

Your guitar looks awesome, and I can ALMOST agree on the quoted part.
When I got my Warmoth and put it together it sounded great without adjustment, but sure it needed some minor tweaks when I checked with tuner :P  I guess you did too, and may have had some luck with yours!!

I've got 1 fret that needs a bit of leveling. Still have not finished neck yet. Trying to decide between Tru-oil and tung oil. Raw neck sure is tempting though.. lol

The Seymour Duncan custom custom is amazing. Blows my Ibanez Prestige with dual evo's away. Also really diggin' the Pearly Gates. Soupy is how I guess I would explain the tone.

The guitar is very snappy yet warm.

BTW I am using dual 100 watt carvin legacy 1 heads. Slave/Master with 2 2x12's. We play some big places at times.
I will NEVER buy a premade off the shelf guitar again.

Also just noticed in pic thaqt you can see there is no bridge saddle adjustment. Straight as can be. I'm still very shocked
