Folks,

I've combined both my guitar and bass rigs in to one rack unit around a Pod X3 Pro.  It's been a great move.  I take the rack unit and pick a bass cabinet or guitar cabinet depending on the instrument I'm playing.  For bass cabinets, I use one or two Accugroove Tri112 cabinets.  For guitar, I've been borrowing a friend's Carvin 2x12 cabinet.  It's OK, but definitely bass shy.

I'd really like to find a 2x12 cabinet that can be run in stereo that is as flat response as possible.  Since I'm using amp/cab sims on my DI out, I want to hear the same thing through my cabinet.  This would just be for stage monitoring purposes.  I've thought about trying to find a monitor wedge.

Suggestions?

Not quite what you asked for. But have you considered something like the Atomic Reactor FR?

And what is your budget?

I've thought about some kind of powered cabinet or even a powered monitor, but I already have a nice clean poweramp in my rack.  Budget is always negotiable if I can find the right cabinet.

Have you tried a Marshall 1936 stereo 2 x12 cab? I've never even seen one in person, but knew a guy that used the 4X12 version of that cab in a similar application as yours and it seemed to work out pretty well.
