This is one of the more impressive bodies I've seen - just a regular tele, but only around 3 1/2 lb and the grain is super fine and even - I actually don't think I'm going to grain fill. Doesn't have the rough feel of swamp ash I've had before. I'm going to dye it to roughly match the fb color and do tung or tru oil, or possibly take it out to Oregon later this summer and nitro it in my dad's garage.
Pickups are going to be Lollar - P90 neck, blackface or tweed middle, special T bridge. Woohoo!
