The Hiscox case was a bit too large for the guitar, so I built an insert to fit snuggly between the end of the headstock and the edge of the case. The insert was made by wrapping self-adhesive velvet flocking liner around custom-cut Kaizen foam, and affixed to the case with 3M Dual Lock Reclosable Fastener tape. It turned out to be a bit too strong, as trying to remove it caused the original liner to separate from the bottom of the case. It might be better to use traditional hook-and-loop in the future, or to use less of it.
