Ok, so I pulled the trigger a few weeks ago, but I'm still looking at April before I'll see any boxes in the mail and I'm already going crazy.

I sold my last guitar (Jackson) to help fund the new one so I'm now totally guitarless and know I have a hunk of wood 5,000 miles away being fettled to my desires.

Talk about an expectant father in the waiting room.

I'm going nuts!

Help!

I beat my girlfriend.  Good thing she likes it!!!!! :icon_jokercolor:

I did, but I'm sore already....

you should have buy another one, by the time you wait the next build, you can finish the first build that you haven't done. (lol)

While you are waiting, build another guitar!  Unfortunately, I have taken that advice and currently have 4 works in progress.

I play one of my other 27 guitars. The thing is, the more guitars I get, the less my collection grows in percentages. When I had one and I got one new guitar, the collection grew with 200%. my newest guitar will make my collection grow a measly 103, something %...I've got enough to do to keep me busy. I don't buy a guitar because I need it to fill the void I have in my tonal needs. I buy a guitar to fill the void of my consuming needs. I buy a guitar cause I want a new one. that simple. Sometimes I get a 'new' guitar by changing the pickups. At that moment I really start loving a guitar (I have experienced that with 3 guitars last week!!). I swapped the crappy sounding pickups for new ones and now the guitars make sense and 'work' in the collection. Just making a nice noise doesn't do it anymore.

I like to meditate. Concentrating primarily on my levitation skills.  You can kill days that way :toothy12:

I'm trying my best to be patient because I'm having a problem fixed, and while I GREATLY appreciate it, I'm getting close to tapping my foot.

I've started picking up extra shifts at work.
It keeps me busy, and it funds the hardware for it.

The ice storm in Washington isn't doing me any favors.

Thats easy ..... I just play my other Warmoths  :icon_biggrin:
Or
Go though the showcase & buy something else to build in the mean time  :laughing7:

Best thing to do, is make sure you have all the bits needed to build it.
Nothing worse than getting to put the neck on & discover YOU forgot to get / order neck screws  :tard:

Don't worry I've waited since 20th Oct for a custom build. On the 31st Dec told it had a flaw in it.
Had to be rebuilt  (this is rare & can happen)

So my motto is ....
When it's ready it's ready  :toothy10: .... when it comes it comes
